Your Connections reveal who you are

Without introspection you won’t feel revelation or relief or empowerment. You won’t see your biases and other blockages of your self- improvement. You loose a lot a win a false sense of strong self. That is why self-discovery is so essential.

“And you? When will you begin that long journey into yourself?”― Rumi

When you look at your inner world. What can you see?

  • Simply notice any emotions or thoughts that arise. What do you like about your inner scenery?
  • What do you want to see instead?
  • Is there anything specific that you could strive for?
  • Where do you get your motivation to change?
  • Does your motivation come from a space of lack or abundance?
  • How do you limit yourself?
  • How could you best overcome your limitations?
There is no need to move to a deserted island to work on yourself.

Although it sounds like a one-person pursuit and it does have an isolated side. It has a rather relational side as well.

You can learn about yourself the most through the interactions with others. By reflecting on them.

Genuine conversations are meaningful.

They lead to intimacy.

Intimacy opens doors to the other person’s heart and leads you closer to a more authentic life. A more loving experience.

Living an authentic life doesn’t mean you’re perfect. It means you are trying to make the best of what you have: YOU.

YOU in the world and YOU in your world.

The only challenge lies in shrinking the gap between these two worlds.

Bring them closer to each other.

Self- discovery doesn’t have to be a solitary work.
